“We had an unbelievably beautiful shower remodel. David was superb to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this company just because of him. Selections were great and we kind of made ours very unique. I doubt that there is another shower as beautiful as ours. David made just about everything we wanted and asked for work out. Chris who did all the tile work was fantastic and extremely competent and professional. Everyone who works with the company were great. The company who does the glass and framing was also great and the finished product was phenomenal. Also Jennifer in the office was always friendly smiling and great to work with. “I had received an estimate on replacing the canvas roof of my birdcage that I wasn't thrilled with and was leary to hire them. I informed a State Farm adjuster of the estimate and she referred me to DA Construction. In a couple of days, Dan Vancak arrived at my home to take a look. Dan was cordial, appeared honest and gave a sense of really caring about my situation. He said to give him a little time and he was sure he could find someone to help. About a week later, Dan and Cody from Sunshine Awnings met me at my house. As soon as I saw Cody, I expressed to them both that Cody was the same guy we called 2-3 months earlier who provided the initial estimate. Cody didn't remember but said he'd go back to his office and look it up. Shortly after that, I received another estimate that was for the same amount as the first estimate. I appreciated Dan's involvement because it proved to me that I could trust Sunshine Awning and eventually hired them. Without Dan's assistance, I'd still be searching for other awning companies. “My husband and I have lived in our 1979 house for 25 years. We had saved our money to remodel our kitchen/family room and both bathrooms. When we first met David Witt from DA Construction, we instantly liked him. He had ideas/suggestions without being pushy and actually listened to our ideas, wants and needs. He helped us get factory/showroom tours so we could choose directly from the supplier. All the subcontractors did an excellent job. A special nod goes to our tile guy and our granite fabricator - both did outstanding work. We moved out of our house 11 weeks, only 1 week longer than the estimate (due to supply limitations), so they could work on all the areas at one time. Our neighbors confirmed - All the subcontractors were polite and well-mannered. They did not cause any trouble in the neighborhood. Our finished house is beautiful and functional beyond what we envisioned. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is what sets DA Construction apart. We would definitely recommend them.”

“I had a great experience with DA Construction Inc.. I had a serious leak at the top of one of my windows that frankly was squirting water during a rain shower. DA Construction responded in one day and evaluated my problem. The problem was quite serious and involved replacing a 12" by 10 ' beam that had rotted from years of a leaking roof gutter. DA Construction found and fixed the problem in a timely manner within the contracted price. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.”

“I had a kitchen and family room remodel project that became an adventure! I appreciate tremendously that Alan worked with me on everything. He sent Jerry down from the very beginning to perform the work - and I live almost an hour away. Jerry and I got to know one another well and he and I worked together to navigate every aspect of this project. Jerry knows his stuff, is absolutely talented beyond measure - and is someone I now consider a friend. I had total trust in his judgement and his workmanship is simply amazing! He is a superhero in my opinion… as he accomplished Herculean results!! (And yes, Jerry built those beautiful, custom barn doors on my kitchen pantry) Construction projects can be scary and don’t always go the way you plan - it’s the nature of this beast and the business I am in as well - so I consider myself to be a tough customer. The compliments that I get from my friends and guests have made The whole journey completely worth it! They walked us through the entire process and their teams were on time and professional. “Wow, wasn't expecting that! We hired DA because a home inspector said there weren't enough nails in the hurricane straps and the insurance company raised our rates. Dan showed up for the evaluation appt. climbed up in the attic and also documented (took pics) there were in fact enough nails. I submitted those pics to our insurance company along with an updated report. Dan literally saved us thousands of dollars on our home insurance premiums. Here is what I wasn't expecting...He did NOT charge us because he said it was a consultation appt. I would highly recommend them. They are professional, knowledgeable, and the communication is amazing!”

“Let me start off by saying, my wife and i have been in our home for almost twenty years and decided it needed a major overhaul. we knew that it would be costly and time consuming, so we took our time and vetted around six companies, some were confident about completing our needs and some never generated a quote or even returned our call. We ended our search choosing K&A based on their representative David, who made us feel comfortable when sugesting remodeling ideas and assured us that they could complete all tasks in a timely manner. The job took around three and a half months to complete and was well worth it. (we had the entire house remodeled) I would definately recomend this company based on thier professionalism, quality of work and quick response to any concerns you may have along the journey. “My home flooded during Hurricane Milton and as a result of the extensive damage I hired DA Construction. I would hire them again in a split second without hesitation and I recommend you do the same! “I've heard that remodeling a kitchen can be a hellish project. Thanks to David Witt of DA Construction and his team my experience was the opposite. My kitchen remodel project was fast, efficient, and accurate. We are so happy with it. His organizational skills and ability to lead the job with professionalism and expertise are second to none.
